Refund Policy

At Sparsh Touch Counselling, we understand that sometimes plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time may not be eligible for a refund, as that time has been specifically reserved for you. In the event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

Please note that no-shows (missing a session without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund. All refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used during booking and may take a few business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
